1. General Provisions
1.1 Competition Overview
Our competition consists of multiple groups spread across five divisions, with the Premier League being the highest level.
The league currently has approximately 90 members.
The competition follows a promotion and relegation format. Under normal circumstances, the top two players in each division are promoted, while the bottom two players are relegated.
If new players join the competition whose average is significantly higher than the level of their assigned division, additional promotions may be granted to restore a fair competitive balance as quickly as possible.
The league consists of the following divisions:

Division 1B
Division 2A

Division 3B
Division 4A
Division 4B
1.2 New Players Welcome
We are always happy to welcome new players and maintain a waiting list for anyone interested in joining the competition.
To register, simply join the group and send a message to one of the administrators. They will add you to the waiting list.
We expect all players to communicate clearly, play approximately one match per week, and treat everyone with respect.
When a place becomes available, new players will be assigned to the lowest division.
1.3 Early Withdrawal of Players
If a player leaves the competition before the season has ended, all matches played by that player and all related statistics will be removed from the standings.
A player who withdraws early is not permitted to participate in the next four seasons.
After this period, the player may be placed back on the waiting list, regardless of the reason for leaving.
1.3.1 Replacement After Early Withdrawal
Only in the lowest division (Division 4) will players who withdraw during the first two weeks of the season be replaced by someone from the waiting list.
If there are no players on the waiting list, or if they decline the invitation, the vacant spot will become a bye in the fixture schedule.
If a replacement player joins the competition, all scheduled matches against that player must still be played, even if an opponent has already played against the player who originally withdrew.
1.4 Fair Play
We trust all players to compete with honesty and integrity.
If you suspect incorrect play or inaccurate match results, please try to resolve the matter together first. If no agreement can be reached, contact one of the administrators.
Administrators cannot monitor matches through Scolia. Therefore, we strongly recommend recording every match with both video and audio.
In the event of a dispute, the recording may be submitted to an administrator for review. Recording matches is especially important whenever there is any suspicion of intentional or unintentional cheating.
Without video evidence, we are unable to investigate or make a ruling.
1.5 Definition of NP (Not Played)
If a player fails to show up for a scheduled match, the result will be recorded as NP (Not Played) in the league standings.
A second NP will result in the player being removed from the league. All of that player's results—including those of their opponents—will be deleted, and the player will be replaced by a bye.

2. Competition Structure
2.1 Divisions and Leagues
The competition consists of the following divisions:
Premier League
Division 1A
Division 1B
Division 2A
Division 2B
Division 3A
Division 3B
Division 4A
Division 4B
2.2 Promotion and Relegation
The league standings determine promotion and relegation as follows:
In every division below the Premier League, the top two players are promoted to the next higher division at the end of the season.
In every division except Division 4, the bottom two players are relegated to the next lower division.

Red = Relegation
3. Match Regulations
3.1 Code of Conduct
All players are expected to treat administrators and fellow competitors with respect, follow the competition rules, and use appropriate language at all times.
During every match, both players must keep their camera switched on for the entire duration of the match, ensuring that each player has a clear view of the opponent's dartboard.
A player may only throw after their opponent has removed all darts from the board. If a player throws before this has happened, those darts will be declared invalid. No score correction will be made in such a situation.
These rules help ensure transparency and fair play.
If the connection quality becomes too poor to continue fairly, we recommend stopping the match and rescheduling the remaining legs for a later time.
3.2 Match Schedule
Every player will be added to their division's Facebook Messenger group chat. The match schedule will be shared there, and players are expected to arrange their matches through this group.
Scheduled matches may be cancelled, but cancellations must be communicated at least 90 minutes before the agreed starting time.
A 30-minute grace period applies. For example, if a match is scheduled for 8:00 PM and your opponent has not arrived, you must wait at least 30 minutes before a forfeit can be awarded. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a valid reason.
If you have a holiday or know in advance that you will be unavailable due to illness, injury, work, or any other circumstance, please inform the administrators.
After approval, you may be allowed to play your matches in advance, and this will be recorded administratively.
All matches must be completed within two weeks of their scheduled week.
Examples:
Week 1 matches must be completed by the end of Week 2.
Week 4 matches must be completed by the end of Week 5.
The same principle applies throughout the season.
3.2.1 Postponed Matches
If a match cannot be played within the standard two-week deadline, both players are required to arrange a new match date before the original deadline expires.
The new match date may be further in the future, provided that the agreement is made before the deadline.
The new date must also be reported to one of the league administrators.
The administrators will register the postponed match so it can be tracked correctly.
3.3 Number of Legs per Division

3.4 Dartboards
Only standard competition dartboards are permitted.
3.5 Match Platform
All matches are played through Scolia.
The player listed first in the fixture is responsible for creating the match in Scolia and inviting their opponent. This player also throws first for the bull.
Before the match begins, both players must verify that the match settings are correct, including:

3.6 Reporting Match Results
After the match has finished, take a screenshot of the match statistics.
The winner is responsible for posting the screenshot in their division's Facebook Messenger group.
If the match ends in a draw, both players may decide between themselves who will post the screenshot.
The league administrators will then process the result and update the official Excel league table.
4. Points System & League Standings
4.1 Points
Points are awarded as follows:
Win: 2 points
Draw: 1 point
Loss: 0 points
4.2 Tie-Break
League standings are primarily determined by the total number of points earned.
If two or more players are tied on points, the following tie-breakers will be applied in order:
Leg Difference (legs won minus legs lost)
Head-to-Head Result
A deciding playoff match (rematch), if necessary
5. Sanctions
5.1 Failure to Play Within the Deadline
If a match is not played within the required timeframe, the league administration may decide to:
Award a loss to one player; or
Award no points to either player.
A player's second NP (Not Played) will result in:
Immediate removal from the league.
Removal of all of the player's results from the standings.
Replacement of the player with a bye.
5.2 Unsportsmanlike Conduct
Inappropriate behaviour, disrespect towards other players or administrators, or repeated violations of the competition rules may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the league.

6. Final Provisions
The league administration reserves the right to introduce additional rules whenever necessary to ensure the fair and smooth running of the competition.
Any amendments to these rules will be communicated to all players in a timely manner.
In situations not covered by these regulations, the administrators have the final decision and will act in the best interests of the competition.
Some administrators also participate as players. To avoid any conflict of interest, an administrator has no decision-making authority regarding the division in which they compete.
