The R&R Online Darts Competition® Autodarts is an online darts competition in which players compete against one another within their assigned division throughout a season.
The competition is organised by R&R Online Darts Competition® and uses Autodarts for playing matches and the R&R app for match scheduling and competition-related communication.
The competition promotes sportsmanship, fair play, clear communication and a positive experience for all participants. Every player is considered a valued member of our darts community.
The division structure may be adjusted depending on the number of participants.
New players are always welcome to join R&R Online Darts Competition®.
Players who wish to participate can register at https://app.rrdarts.com. Click “Want to play? Join R&R” and complete the registration form.
Registration indicates a player's interest in participating. Placement depends on available places. New players enter at the bottom of the division structure; during an ongoing season, players are not placed in a higher division based on their average. When setting up a new competition, the organisation may initially distribute players across divisions based on their submitted averages.
New participants must have the required Autodarts setup and be able to play matches in accordance with these rules.
If a player decides to leave the competition before the season has finished, they are asked to inform an admin as soon as possible.
When a player leaves early, their matches already played and the associated results may be removed. This prevents the standings from being affected by a player who does not complete the season.
A player who leaves the competition early may not participate in R&R Online Darts Competition® for the next four seasons. After this period, the player may submit a new request to join.
This rule applies regardless of the reason for leaving. In exceptional circumstances, the organisation may review the situation and make an appropriate decision.
We trust our players to act with integrity and expect everyone to play fairly and in accordance with the agreed rules.
If a player suspects an incorrect score, result manipulation or other unfair play, they should first try to resolve the matter calmly with their opponent. If they cannot reach an agreement, they may contact an admin.
Players are strongly encouraged to record matches with video and audio where possible. This can help when reviewing a dispute.
Admins cannot automatically monitor every player’s actions or footage. Players should therefore provide sufficient evidence when raising a dispute.
Without usable evidence, it may be impossible for the organisation to assess a situation fairly.
NP stands for “Not Played” and is used when a match has not been played and the situation has not been resolved in time or in accordance with the applicable arrangements.
An NP may be recorded, for example, when a player fails to appear without valid communication and the match cannot take place.
After a second NP, the player may be removed from the competition. All of that player's results, including opponents' results, may be removed, and the player may be replaced by a bye in the schedule.
An NP is not automatically assigned solely because a match remains unplayed. Communication between both players, the arrangements made and any valid circumstances will be taken into account.
For questions, problems or assistance, players can contact an admin through the official R&R channels or their division's available communication channels.
Players are asked to get in touch promptly if they expect to be unable to play a match on time.
R&R aims to handle questions and issues carefully and fairly.

The competition is divided into divisions based on the number of participants. When setting up a new competition, the organisation may distribute players across the available divisions based on their averages.
The exact division structure is announced before the season begins. Depending on the number of participants, divisions may be added, merged or adjusted.
After the competition has started, new players join available places at the bottom of the division structure. They are not moved into a higher division mid-season based on their average. Players can progress through the regular competition and promotion process at the end of the season.
If enough new players register after the season starts, R&R may decide to add another division. The organisation will inform the players concerned in good time.
At the end of a season, players may be promoted to a higher division or relegated to a lower division.
Promotion and relegation are determined by the colour codes shown in the Rankings section of the R&R app. Players in green positions are eligible for promotion; players in red positions are eligible for relegation. Always check the colour indicators in the current rankings.
There is no promotion from the highest division and no relegation from the lowest division.
The division structure is not adjusted during the season based on the averages of new players. New players start at the bottom and must progress through the regular competition and promotion process.
All players are expected to treat opponents, admins and other community members with respect.
Personal attacks, insults, intimidation, discrimination and other unsporting behaviour are not accepted.
Both players must be able to follow the match transparently.
Players must ensure that their setup, camera and dartboard are working properly before the match starts.
If technical problems arise that make a fair match impossible, players should try to find a solution together. If necessary, the match may be paused and resumed at a later time.
Every player is responsible for scheduling and playing their matches on time.
Matches are scheduled using the available features in the R&R app.
A match must be played no later than two weeks after its originally scheduled match week. For example, a match from week 1 must be played by the end of week 2.
Players should contact each other in good time to arrange a suitable time.
If a player will be unavailable due to holidays, illness, injury or other circumstances, they should inform an admin as early as possible.
Playing matches in advance may be allowed by agreement and with approval from the organisation.
The new match schedule is published every Saturday.
If a match cannot be played within the applicable deadline, both players must try to arrange a new time before the deadline.
The new time may fall outside the original deadline, but it must be reported to an admin before the deadline expires.
The admin will review the situation and record the arrangement where necessary.
Making a new arrangement does not automatically extend the original deadline. Approval from the organisation is required.
The number of legs per match is announced before the season begins.
The organisation may adjust the match format according to the number of participants and the level of the divisions.
Players must use the announced format and may not change the number of legs themselves during a match.
All matches must be played using a dartboard and an Autodarts setup suitable for the competition.
The board must be installed correctly and dart detection must work reliably.
Players are responsible for checking their setup before a match.
If automatic scoring makes an error, players must correct it using the available Autodarts functions and inform each other.
All matches are played using Autodarts.
Before the match starts, both players must check that the settings match the format for their division.
This includes the correct game type, agreed number of legs, appropriate match settings and a working connection with reliable score detection.
If there is any doubt, players should not start the match until the settings have been checked.
The R&R app is the central platform for scheduling matches.
Players can propose a match time through My Matches. The opponent can accept the proposal or discuss an alternative time.
A proposed time is final only once both players have confirmed it.
Both players are responsible for checking their scheduled matches and honouring the agreed arrangements.
Once a match time has been agreed, players can add it to their personal calendar through My Matches. Times shown in the app and in emails are displayed in each player's local time zone.
If a player cannot attend an agreed match time, they must inform their opponent as soon as possible.
A match appointment must be cancelled at least 90 minutes before the agreed start time.
Cancellations must be made through My Matches in the R&R app. A cancellation made less than 90 minutes before the agreed start time may be recorded as a late cancellation.
Both players should make an effort to arrange a new time as soon as possible.
When a match is Under Review, players cannot propose or accept new match times until an authorised admin releases the match.
If a player does not appear at the agreed time, the other player must wait at least 30 minutes before reporting a no-show.
If the opponent does not appear, the present player can report a no-show through My Matches in the R&R app.
A no-show report does not automatically determine the final result. The organisation may review the circumstances and communication between both players before making a decision.
The organisation may make an exception where there is a valid reason.
Players must not use the no-show function to claim a win without a valid reason.
After the match, both players must check that the result has been recorded correctly.
If the result is not recorded automatically or is incorrect, players must report this to an admin as soon as possible.
Players must provide a screenshot, match statistics or other available evidence when requested.
For now, a photo or screenshot of the match statistics must be uploaded to the Messenger group for the relevant division. This process may change in the future as the app develops.
In the event of a dispute, the organisation may review the result and circumstances before updating the rankings.
· Win: 2 points.
· Draw: 1 point.
· Loss: 0 points.
The rankings are initially determined by the total number of points earned.
If players have the same number of points, the order is determined by the following criteria:
· Leg difference: the difference between legs won and legs lost.
· Head-to-head result: the result of the match between the players concerned.
· If necessary, the organisation may arrange a deciding match.
The organisation will determine how a deciding match is scheduled and inform the players concerned.
Green: promotion to a higher division.
Red: relegation to a lower division.
The Rankings section of the R&R app uses green and red to indicate positions eligible for promotion and relegation. The organisation uses these colour indicators when determining the final division placement.
We aim to update the rankings in the app during the season as well. The date of the latest update is displayed in Rankings so players can see how recently the standings were refreshed.
Promotion and relegation are confirmed once the season has ended and the rankings are final. The highest division has no promotion, and the lowest division has no relegation.
If a match is not played within the applicable deadline and there is no approved arrangement or valid reason, the organisation may award a loss, award no points to either player, or record the situation as NP.
The organisation will review communication between the players and the circumstances before making a decision.
After a second NP, a player may be removed from the competition. The player's results may be removed and the vacant place may be recorded as a bye in the schedule.
Inappropriate behaviour, disrespect, intimidation, deliberate result manipulation or repeated breaches of these rules may lead to sanctions.
Depending on the seriousness and circumstances, the organisation may issue a warning, adjust a match result, temporarily suspend a player or remove a player from the competition.
The organisation aims to treat all players fairly when making a decision.
The rules for leaving the competition early are set out in section 1.3.
Deliberate misuse of reporting features, such as no-show, late cancellation or other administrative functions, is not accepted.
If a player repeatedly submits false reports or attempts to manipulate the rankings unfairly, the organisation may take appropriate action.
The organisation reserves the right to introduce additional rules where necessary to ensure the fair and smooth running of the competition.
Changes will be communicated to players in good time.
In unforeseen situations, admins will make a decision based on the available information and the interests of a fair competition.
If an admin participates in a division, that admin will not make decisions about disputes or sanctions in which they are personally involved. The matter will be referred to another authorised admin.
The organisation aims to ensure transparency, consistency and fair treatment for all players.
On behalf of the entire R&R Online Darts team, we wish all players the best of luck and, above all, lots of enjoyment throughout the competition.
We value every player who joins our community and hope everyone contributes to a sporting, friendly and respectful environment.
Play fairly, communicate clearly and respect one another.
Together, let's make this another fantastic season!
